You have 28 days to notify us that you wish to return or exchange an order. Please contact us by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org and include the order ID and date of purchase before returning any products.
Any items that we request to be returned must be sent in their original packaging and be in the same condition that they were dispatched in. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return package and that you request proof of delivery. Unfortunately nu: Notebooks cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Where goods are faulty the costs of return shipping are reviewed on a case by case situation. The customer is liable for all shipping costs for unwanted items.
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. Please also note that the 3-5 day delivery period estimation is only a guideline and deliveries occasionally occur outside of this date range.
Delivery times are calculated including working days (Monday-Friday) only. If you order after 2.00pm the next working day will be considered the first working day. Please allow an extra two working days if you place an order on a bank holiday and during the Christmas period.
Some orders may be sent out via a service that may need a signature on delivery. If you are not present a card will be left to confirm next steps.
